Thank you for purchasing from Panda Collections. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

• The product is completely non-functional and cannot be fixed
• The product was misrepresented
• A duplicate purchase was made

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind
• Compatibility issues
• Lack of technical knowledge
• Failure to read product details
